A brand can only be as strong as the organization behind it.
The best strategy can struggle inside a culture that resists change. A great campaign can create attention, but it can’t fix a leadership problem. And new technology can create incredible possibilities, but only ifpeople know how to use it with purpose.
So, our work started taking us deeper.
Beyond marketing and communications, we found ourselves having more conversations aboutleadership, culture, innovation, technology, and the changing expectations of today’s workforce. Those conversations ultimately led us here.
Introducing Pink Leadership Lab
Pink Leadership Lab is the next evolution of Pink Studio-Central’s mission to Empower Positive Brands.
It is built around a simple belief: positive brands are built from the inside out.
The Lab is designed to help today’s leaders, and the people preparing to become tomorrow’s leaders, develop the mindset, knowledge, and practical tools to navigate a business environment that isn’tslowing down.
That means tackling real issues. How do you lead through change? How do you build cultures wherepeople can thrive? How do you maintain trust? How do you embrace artificial intelligence without losingthe human intelligence that makes organizations work?
Most importantly, how do we move beyond talking about these things and start putting them intopractice?
That’s where our partnership with Keiser University becomes especially meaningful.
We wanted Pink Leadership Lab to offer more than one perspective on what effective leadership lookslike today. Partnering with Keiser allows us to create a more holistic learning experience by bringingeducators and subject matter experts together with experienced industry professionals who arenavigating many of these challenges in real time. By connecting academic insight with real-worldexperience, Pink Leadership Lab can help participants understand not only what strong leadershiprequires, but how to put it into practice.
Together, Pink Studio-Central and Keiser University are bringing leadership development, academicinsight, business experience, and practical application into one learning environment. Our inaugural two-day Pink Leadership Lab intensive, November 6th-7th, will connect leaders, emerging leaders, educators, and industry experts around one goal: preparing people to lead what comes next.
For us, this isn’t a departure from the work we’ve done for the past 16 years. It’s where that work hasbeen leading us.
After years of helping organizations build better brands, we’ve become convinced that the next stepstarts with the people building them.Build Better Leaders. Build Better Brands.
