In this episode of Humanly Plausible, we're joined by Terri Stallworth — a Jacksonville Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) with 15 years at Florida Business Exchange, where she helps entrepreneurs across the state buy and sell businesses.
In this conversation we talk about brand evolution, and how it's culture plays a part in the bigger picture.
Terri, Patricia, and Roly break down what separates a certified business intermediary from an uncertified one, why so many owners don't realize their business has real value, and why knowing your "highest and best use" matters. Regardless of whether you're scaling a company or planning to sell it.
Terri Stallworth (formerly Terri Sherman) is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) through the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA) and has spent 15 years with Florida Business Exchange helping owners buy and sell businesses across the state.
